Here’s a full length class I recorded live with my students. If you have a chair or blocks they may be helpful. Also you may like a blanket for the final rest time to finish the class. Listen to the sounds of the singing bowls as you rest.
Here’s a recording from our live group session on Friday 26th April 2024, and includes the last part of the session only, a guided “Yoga Nidra” relaxation mindfulness session. It runs for about 25 minutes.
