A Safe Space to Breathe, Heal, and Be Supported
I’m Karen, and I know that the path to healing can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to walk it alone.
As a yoga and meditation teacher, trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator, and Reiki practitioner, I offer small-group sessions and one-on-one support for women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. My approach is kind, compassionate, and embedded in the understanding that healing happens at your own pace, in a space where you feel safe.
When you step into my yoga room, I aim for you to feel a sense of relief—a place where you can exhale, soften, and just be.

Trauma-Informed Yoga for Mental Well-being
I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011 and am a registered Level 2 teacher with Yoga Australia. My training includes a 300-hour certification in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), a practice designed specifically to support those healing from trauma.
From my studio in Lilydale, Melbourne’s outer-east, and online by zoom, I offer:
- Small, welcoming group sessions for women – slow mindful movement in a supportive space.
- Half-day mini-retreats – a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
- Private one-on-one sessions – tailored support in person or online via Zoom.
No pressure. No expectation. Just a space where you can meet yourself with kindness.
