I’m Karen, a yoga and meditation teacher, and reiki practitioner. I facilitate small-group sessions and private one-on-one sessions for women to navigate a path through the healing of trauma and supporting physical and mental well-being with kindness and compassion.

I am a registered level 2 yoga teacher with ‘Yoga Australia’, and I’ve been teaching Yoga and meditation since 2011. I’m based in Lilydale, Melbourne, Australia.

I am offering Yoga from a trauma-informed perspective, for mental health, and for positive body image.

Bookings are now open for Term 1, 2022! …There’s the option to book to join us online via zoom.

There are also some classes you can book to attend in-person.

Also, I can now offer Private 1-on-1 sessions here in the yoga-room and with the option of online via zoom also.


Your choices for classes:

ONLINE GROUP CLASSES: The online Yoga studio is on zoom, and it is a lovely way to practice Yoga together. Whether you have been practicing with me on zoom since March 2020, or whether you are brand new to Yoga, I would love to welcome you to our friendly community. There will be 5 classes each week livestream. Those booked for the term can attend any or all of the online classes. There are also some recorded classes provided. With the online classes there are so many benefits…you can stay in the comfort of your own home, no travel required, littlies or pets could join you, and you could even be practicing Yoga in your PJs if you want!

IN-PERSON GROUP CLASSES: There are limited places to book for attending sessions in-person, for women who are fully vaccinated. Currently it’s a requirement to wear masks indoors; we also have the outdoor yoga space where masks are not required and you can enjoy breathing in the fresh air. When you book in for weekly classes for the term, you will also be invited to join as many of the online zoom classes as you like, no extra fee.

PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS Private sessions can be offered online on zoom, and with the option of in-person sessions in Lilydale for fully vaccinated people. For those who would like personalised support and guidance through the practices of meditation, yoga and reiki, for individual life circumstances and challenges. Including support for those experiencing anxiety and depression, and those healing from trauma. If you have a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plan, your private sessions with me may be covered depending on your circumstances.
