Mindfulness Yoga Lilydale
I’m Karen, a yoga and meditation teacher, TCTSY facilitator, and reiki practitioner. I facilitate small-group sessions and private one-on-one sessions for women to navigate a path through the healing of trauma and supporting physical and mental well-being with kindness and compassion.
I am a registered level 2 yoga teacher with ‘Yoga Australia’, I’ve been teaching Yoga and meditation since 2011. I have now completed my certification in TCTSY: Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I’m based in Lilydale, Melbourne’s outer-east.
I am offering Yoga from a trauma-informed perspective, for mental health, and for positive body image.
Join our small welcoming yoga sessions for women, half-day mini-retreats, or book for Private 1-on-1 sessions, either here in the yoga-room or the option of online via zoom.

“I have been going to Karen for my yoga sessions for years now and she is absolutely brilliant. I could probably listen to her calming voice talk me to sleep each night if I had the option! Every session can be catered to each individual persons needs so if you come with injuries it is an especially a great class to take!
Highly recommended for all skill levelled yoginis!!!!”

“I am loving my yoga classes, and am in awe of your calmness and awareness. I love how you always give the class options (and not just one) to suit our individual needs/abilities. I just wanted to let you know that you make such a difference to my life. Thank you.”
