I’m Karen, a yoga and meditation teacher, and reiki practitioner. I help women to find their calm peaceful essence.

I am a registered level 2 yoga teacher with ‘Yoga Australia’, and I’ve been teaching Yoga and meditation since 2011. I’m based in Lilydale, Melbourne, Australia.

I am offering Yoga from a trauma-informed perspective, for mental health, and for positive body image.


Your choices for classes:

ONLINE GROUP CLASSES The online Yoga studio is on zoom, and it is a lovely way to practice Yoga together. Whether you have been practicing with me on zoom since March 2020, or whether you are brand new to Yoga, I would love to welcome you to our friendly community. There will be 5 classes each week livestream. Those booked for the term can attend any or all of the online classes. There are also some recorded classes provided.

IN-PERSON GROUP CLASSES There are places available for In-person classes in my peaceful home studio in Lilydale. There will be 3 classes each week for the in-person classes. Those booked for the term, will also have access to all the online classes throughout the term.

PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS Private sessions can be in-person at my home yoga studio in Lilydale, or online on zoom. For those who would like personalised support and guidance through the practices of meditation, yoga and reiki, for individual life circumstances and challenges. Including support for those experiencing anxiety and depression, and those healing from trauma.


With the online classes there are so many benefits…you can stay in the comfort of your own home, no travel required, littlies or pets could join you, and you could even be practicing Yoga in your PJs if you want! It has been lovely to welcome students from further away who normally wouldn’t be able to travel to Lilydale.

With the in-person classes in my peaceful home yoga studio, it’s awesome we now have the option to be together in the same room. Class sizes are limited, and booking is for the term. All current Victorian government restrictions will be observed including social distancing.
