Nurture Immersions

Are you sensing it’s time to hit the PAUSE button on life, and venture within?

Does a morning of nurturing restorative yoga, quiet, contemplation, poetry and singing bowls sound like something that would fill your cup?

I would love to invite you to a special Nurture Immersion

“I love all the restorative poses so much. Thank you for the space you create for us”

If you feel safe to do so, have your camera on for the opening and for the closing, however everything is optional.
