
FREE live Yoga & nidra session with Karen
Here’s the details:
Monday 30th June at 8.00pm (AEST, Melbourne)
Please aim to join a minute or so prior.
Suggested equipment: A yoga mat, 2 blankets, a couple of cushions (or a yoga bolster if you have one), an eye-pillow/eye-mask.
I offer Yoga from a trauma-informed perspective. There will be options and invitations. You are welcome to have your zoom camera on or off; it’s your choice.
We’ll begin with a brief welcome from me, followed by a moment to see if you have any questions. Then, we’ll ease into the practice with some grounding and breath awareness. After that, there will be options to gently move, stretch, and awaken your body. We’ll also have time to rest and enjoy some restorative yoga and a peaceful Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
Once the practice concludes, you’re welcome to leave the Zoom session, or if you’d like, you can stay on for any questions or to chat with me after.
