There’s 3 live Yoga sessions with Karen each week:
Monday 8pm – Restorative & Yoga nidra
Wednesday 10am – Yoga & Shavasana
Friday 10am – Yoga & Yoga nidra
All Melbourne time (AEST). You are welcome to join any of the zoom sessions.
DATES – We begin on Monday 13th July, and the term will go for 8 weeks
