There’s 3 live Yoga sessions with Karen each week:
Monday 8pm – Restorative & Yoga nidra
Wednesday 10am – Yoga & Shavasana
Friday 10am – Yoga & Yoga nidra
All Melbourne time (AEST). You are welcome to join any of the zoom sessions.
DATES – We begin on Wednesday 29th April, and we go through until Monday 22nd June.
There’s 2 weeks where no live sessions will run – May 18th – 22nd and June 8th – 12th.
