Restorative Yoga 2 hr sessions

Does a morning of restorative yoga and rest, with the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, poetry and sound of quiet sound like something that would fill your cup?

Ready to take a step back from the busy-ness of your life?

Perhaps you are the nurturer in your family, and it’s time for you to take some time for YOU to be nurtured?

…Then I would love you to join me (Karen) and a small circle of women (places will be limited, early booking is recommended)

TWO sessions are on offer:

ONE is to attend in-person at my home yoga studio in Lilydale, and ONE is online by zoom.

Take some time especially for you.

Time for you to recharge, rejuvenate, and reconnect to yourself.

If you have not practiced restorative yoga or meditation before, please get in touch first before you book in. This may not be suitable for those with current experience of depression and/or PTSD. There is a contact form below, for you to contact me, and then we can arrange to have a chat first.


Please BYO: Yoga mat, 1 blanket, and an eye-cover/eye-pillow (eye cover could be a light scarf)
Please also bring your journal/notebook and a pen.

Yoga bolsters and blocks will be provided for the in-person session.

Time: Session 1 is In-person in Lilydale: 10am – 12pm

Time: Session 2 is Online by Zoom: 2pm – 4pm (AEST, Melbourne time)

Address for in-person session: Lilydale, close to Chirnside Park (full address is provided with booking) with street parking available.

For Online session: Please ensure you have zoom on your computer or tablet, and you are familiar with how zoom works.
