if you would like to rejuvenate, relax, restore….and rebalance

if a WHOLE MORNING OF QUIET sounds really wonderful

What to bring…..

A yoga mat

A light blanket

An eye-pillow or light eye-cover (a scarf or face-cloth is good)

A water-bottle

Your journal/notebook & pen

Wear comfortable clothes

A meditation cushion  (optional)

Pranayama – breathing practices

Guided relaxation practice – Yoga Nidra
